Founded by The Late Earle E. Williams, PH.D, IBI offers the teaching of godly men whose instruction is shown in these studies.

We believe that the Bible, consisting of all the books of the Old and New Testments, is the word of God, a supernatuarally given revelation without error or misstatement in moral and spirtual teachings as well as it's records of historical facts.

We Bring the center of the Biblical teaching back into the churh, through a three-year diploma program, with 19 courses taught in just 13-week semesters.

Until now, the choices for pursuing a formal biblical education have been to enroll at a Bible college or sign up as a extension student.  Now there is a third option!
